Barclays to Deploy Microsoft 365 Copilot for 100,000 Employees

Barclays is set to integrate Microsoft 365 Copilot into its internal productivity tools, creating a unified AI agent for its workforce. The platform will consolidate access to collaboration tools, portals, and resources, streamlining information retrieval and enhancing operational efficiency.

The AI-powered solution includes a Colleague AI Agent for self-service tasks, semantic content search with personalized results, and a Colleague Front Door dashboard via Microsoft Viva. These features target critical employee workflows—from travel bookings to HR queries—while delivering tailored news and announcements.
